Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change — but when you reserve a spot on The Sweetwater Experience Tour, you’re securing one of a limited number of time slots, and our team begins preparing your visit right away.

Our Policy at a Glance:

  • 7+ days’ notice: Full refund or complimentary reschedule.
  • 3–6 days’ notice: 50% refund or one-time reschedule (based on availability).
  • Within 48 hours or no-shows: Non-refundable.
  • Late arrivals (15+ minutes): May forfeit reservation and payment.
  • If we cancel (due to weather or operations): Full refund or complimentary reschedule.
  • Group bookings (6+ guests): Non-refundable within 7 days of the tour date.
