It’s light bright profile is created using Sweetwater’s Ashuelot Vodka distilled from locally grown apples and potatoes and distilling it again and vapor infusing it with 8 botanicals. Using New England grown Juniper berries mellows out the pine flavors so that the underlying botanicals like coriander, citrus and Medicinals shine through. A modern Gin, perfect in a craft cocktail or enjoyed over ice.
