Ashuelot Gin is a rainy day New-England-style gin. It's distilled from locally-grown apples and potatoes, then vapor-infused with eight botanicals, including juniper, coriander and citrus. Unlike a London dry gin, ours is light on pine notes. It's a modern gin with a light, bright profile that's perfect for cocktails or sipping on the rocks. (750ML / 80 Proof / 40% ABV)
